The Index suggests that the center of the country maintains a low level of risk, while the peripheral territories have moderate levels of risk. By 2024, the least risky departments will be Bogotá, Risaralda, and Cundinamarca. The most risky departments will be Putumayo, Vichada, and Chocó.
