The transportation sector in all its forms -land, water, and air- is one of the sectors that contribute the most to economic growth and development as it helps local markets expand and enables the development of large-scale production. Similarly, the transport sector contributes to improving the country's competitiveness, and in the second quarter of 2019, the sector grew 4.8% and was the sector with the most growth surpassing the financial sector, communications, agriculture, and mining.
